The Deltona Arts &
Historical Center is made up of people who feel that we must not
wait any longer to gather the rich historical materials which are a part
of our area's history . We are committed to safeguard, all that we can
of these rich treasures. With the relocation or passing of the founders
of our area, current families and friends are unaware of the historical
importance of many of the items that are being discarded. The Deltona, Enterprise and
surrounding areas also lack a place to show-case and increase the
awareness of the artistic talents of our residents. Plans are underway
to include a place to provide hands-on study by students of all ages. Please consider an investment in
the protection of the History of our area and support for the Arts. This
is a program which we all can be a part of and to be successful we need
the support of everyone to make it happen. If any further information is needed, or to donate items for historic collection please call Tuesday - Friday from 12: 00 PM to 4:00 PM (386) 575-2601. |

Seeing the need to collect and preserve Deltona's growing rich history, and to establish and cultivate an artistic community, Mayor John Masiarczk founded with the support of community leaders, The Deltona Arts and Historical Center in May of 1999. Since it's conception, the goal along with DA&HC has maintained a high profile of service in the community through Art Exhibitions, Performing Arts and Cultural Events. As the new president, my goal along with our prestigious and enthusiastic board is to take The Art Center's visibility and service to our community to the next level. Exciting NEW programs and initiatives are already underway. To name a few, a professional recording studio has been installed. A stage has been constructed for our "Live! At The Arts Center" performance series. Professional artists are being interviewed for compelling art exhibitions. Future plans include expansion. Your support via membership and generous tax deductible contributions plays a vital role in the achievement of our goals. We
